Purpose: This website is maintained by Online Teaching Associates Ltd. (OTA) for educational use by K-20 teachers and educational leaders who participate in OTA's online professional development courses. Enrolled OTA participants receive Elgg accounts with full access privileges.
Educators in "high needs" schools and districts are eligible for courtesy accounts enabling use of OTA_Elgg with their students. Before courtesy access is granted OTA requires written permission from every requesting educator's local or district administrator. Contact OTA's Business Manager Dr. Robert Blomeyer for details. Participants demonstrating instructional proficiency using OTA's Elgg may be assigned administrative accounts enabling write access by students with e-mail accounts in their school or district's internet domain.
